The journey includes crossing high mountain passes such as French Pass and Dhampus Pass, which offer beautiful views of nearby Himalayan peaks including the Annapurna range.

Detailed Itinerary

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, you can rest after your long journey or explore the nearby area.

Today is a preparation day for the Dhaulagiri Circuit Trek. You will meet your trekking guide, check your equipment, and receive a briefing about the trek and safety information.

A scenic 25-minute flight takes you to Pokhara, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas including Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. After arrival, relax by Phewa Lake or explore the lakeside area.

After breakfast, you take a long scenic drive from Pokhara to Darbang, passing through rural villages, terraced fields, and river valleys. After reaching Darbang, the trek begins with a gentle walk along the trail following the river. You pass small settlements and farmland before arriving at Dharapani for the overnight stay.

The trail gradually ascends through forests and terraced fields with beautiful views of surrounding hills. You will pass traditional Magar villages and experience local culture before reaching Muri, a charming village with views of Dhaulagiri.

A challenging day with multiple ascents and descents along narrow trails, forest paths, and ridge lines. You will cross small streams and landslide sections before reaching Boghara (Bagar), a small settlement surrounded by forest.

The trail follows a narrow route through dense forest along the Myagdi River. Crossing suspension bridges and walking on uneven terrain, you gradually gain altitude and arrive at Dobhan, a quiet riverside campsite.

Continue trekking through forested trails and rocky sections with occasional landslide areas. The environment becomes more remote and peaceful as you reach Sallaghari, surrounded by pine trees.

A steep climb through forest and rocky terrain leads you to Italian Base Camp. This is a beautiful open area offering spectacular views of Dhaulagiri I, glaciers, and surrounding peaks.

This day resting and adjusting to altitude. Short hikes around the camp help acclimatization while enjoying panoramic mountain scenery.

A tough and adventurous day walking over glacier paths, moraine, and rocky terrain. The route is less defined and physically demanding, but the alpine scenery is incredible.

You continue across the glacier and rocky sections to reach base camp. The area is surrounded by high peaks, ice formations, and dramatic mountain scenery, making it one of the highlights of the trek.

A rest day to adapt to high altitude. You can take short hikes and explore the glacier surroundings while enjoying stunning mountain views.

One of the most challenging days of the trek. You will cross French Pass, offering breathtaking panoramic views, and then descend into the remote and beautiful Hidden Valley.

A relaxing day to explore Hidden Valley, surrounded by high mountains and wide-open landscapes. It’s a perfect place to enjoy the raw beauty of the Himalayas

Cross Dhampus Pass early in the morning. After enjoying stunning views, descend steeply to Alu Bari through rocky trails.

A long descent takes you into the Kali Gandaki Valley with dry, windy landscapes. You will reach Jomsom, a major town in the Mustang region.

Take an early morning scenic flight from Jomsom to Pokhara, then continue to Kathmandu. Rest after completing the adventurous trek.

A leisure day to relax or explore Kathmandu’s cultural and historical sites. You can also shop for souvenirs or enjoy local cuisine. Optional farewell dinner in the evening.

Transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule. Your Dhaulagiri Circuit Trek adventure ends with unforgettable memories.
